Located in Windsor Ontario we enjoy a prime location to service molders all across North America. With over 50,000 sq. ft. in two modern facilities Cavalier uses state of the art “equipment and software” to produce molds for press sizes from 300 to 4,000 ton.

Cavalier Tool & Mfg. was started in 1975. Today, Cavalier Tool & Manufacturing Ltd. has a staff of 75 dedicated tradesmen, technicians and support personnel processing 175 to 200 molds per year.

The program manager is responsible to report the progress of the job to you and to ensure a successful, on-time delivery of the mold to you.

There is no substitute for a good design. Our design team is a group of dedicated professionals with over 200 years of combined experience. This experience is your best assurance of a high quality, robust mold capable of continually producing quality parts. We are capable of starting from your 2D design, or concept sketch, and create a full 3D model offering you a full-fledged part design. At Cavalier Tool we utilize the latest in design software including systems for drafting, surfacing and solid modeling. These different packages allow us to handle all aspects of the design in an efficient manner.
