Coming up on our 43rd birthday, we have seen a lot of changes in the industry and this NPE is showcasing many of those changes. Cavalier chose to focus on the value-added aspects of our business. Many tool shops can cut you a mold, but being a true partner is more than just supplying a tool. It’s about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.

 We have been relentless in acquiring the latest technology with our automation, our new 5-axis palletized machining cells and the opening of our advanced assembly building. All of these will assure you that your Mold Build will be accurate and on time, but we want to be more. Our Pre-Build services are designed to minimize actual manufacturing times. With the addition of Cavalier Tool Design and Engineering Services in India, we are incorporating DFM’s, feasibility studies, part design assistance and mold fill simulations. This can all be part of the consultation process and allow minimal build times. With our Program Managers all coming from the manufacturing floor, you will get accurate and technical communications during the build, and knowledgeable support when commissioning the tool in your plant and during all Post-Build activity. All part of the Cavalier experience.
